The Blue Sky Tag!

Hey guys! How are you ? I’m very sorry I haven’t posted in absolute ages but I have been crazy-busy so I am trying to make up for it now. P.S Look out for my post explaining what tore me away from you lovelies:(

Anyways, the lovely Oriana from Oriana’s Notes has nominated me for this tag!  Go and check out her blog, (you’ll thank me), it’s amazing and she frequently posts about fashion, lifestyle, DIY and lots of other fabulous stuff. So, here we go:

Here are the rules :

  • Answer the 11 questions you’ve been asked
  • Ask 11 questions to your nominees
  • Nominate 11 people

These are my answers to her questions:

  1.  Who’s your inspiration in life ?

I’m very lucky and grateful for having lots of amazing role-models in my life. I don’t really have one particular person I look up to, but I’m definitely inspired by anyone who’s very resilient and has a very strong passion about something.

   2.   Do you enjoy or avoid the company of other people?

Moving so much fairly early in life has given me the skill of being able to make friends and connect to people easily. It’s also given me an appreciation of other people’s ideas and I love meeting new people. So, yes I normally enjoy the company of other people(unless I’m in a particularly foul mood).

  3.  In which temporal period would you rather live in: past, present or future?

I don’t really know to be fair. I guess the present because I’m quite happy with where I am right now, but I wouldn’t mind skipping a couple of years and seeing what my family, friends and I end up doing with our lives!

 4. Any favourite song lately?

Honestly, I’ve been so busy I am totally not up to date with the latest tracks. But I gotta say, ‘What do I know ‘ and ‘New Man’ from Ed Sheeran’s new album have been playing in my head quite a lot…

 5. How many children would you like to have?(Or maybe you don’t want to have children?)

Ok, I’m 12, right? In my head, I’m more interested in uni and my future job rather than being married and having kids. I mean, I’m a kid myself! A while back, I would have said I don’t want to get married or have kids but since everyone’s convinced I will end up doing the opposite of those things, we’ll see what Fate’s planned for me.

 6. Quantity or Quality?

This is an easy one. Quality, any day!

 7. Which language would you like to learn with a different alphabet than yours?

I already speak Hindi and English which have two different alphabets. I’m also learning French and Spanish at school but they have the same alphabet. I guess I’d say Mandarin Chinese, but knowing my laziness and how difficult it supposedly is, I wouldn’t hold your breath.

 8. Did you have a weird habit as a child?

I don’t think so! I recall my parents telling me that as a toddler I used to ‘cook them food’ and that I’d use table corners as taps, but it’s not really a habit. I do love being organised, which I don’t think is weird, but amongst kids, I think it’ll count as strange!

 9. What is the worst thing you ever did?

Now I’m no angel, and I have made absolute bucketfuls of mistakes in my rather short life, so this has the potential to be a rather controversial answer! Instead, I’ll make it funny by telling you one of my toddler-hood idiocies; when I was once invited to my best friend’s birthday party, I took the knife and cut the cake thinking it was my birthday! Now if that’s not awful, I don’t know what is!

10. What keeps you motivated?

Success and appreciation of my work. I thrive under pressure and my hunger for success and making others pleased and proud always keeps me going when the times get tough. Also, get ready to relate, quotes on Pinterest! Seriously, though. They just make me feel so inspired and ready to work through hell…After I finish this bar of chocolate, of course.

11. Any favourite beauty product?

Honestly, I own literally no beauty products whatsoever. However, I do have a army of face-washes each one guaranteed to take away the pimples that come with teenage hormones…None of them seem to be working however Neutrogena’s Spot Stress control has definitely helped lighten my scars.

Here are my nominations:
